Asokam Beach Resort - Cancellation Policy

Booking:

Check-in time: 13:00 (1 pm)
Check-out time: 11:00 am
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and chargeable as per the policy given below.
All rooms are double occupancy. An additional person above 10 years/extra bed is Rs. 750.00 extra on tariff—maximum one extra bed per room. Additional person/bed is not allowed in Non AC Room, Standard AC, Deluxe AC.
It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, or Aadhar card.
Pets are strictly not allowed.
Booking is non-transferable without written consent from "Hotel". Rights of admission reserved. Special requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
ASOKAM reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate activity or has provided incorrect information while booking. No refund will be allowed in such cases. ASOKAM also reserves the right to cancel a reservation where the guest is spoiling the decorum and causing disturbance to other guests. No refund will be allowed in such cases. In both cases, the guest has to settle all pending bills and leave the property immediately.
In case of accidental overbooking, the resort will try its best to provide alternative accommodation (at the same location within a radius of 5 km) similar to the tariff booked by the guest. In case the alternate accommodation charge is lower than booked by the guest, the same will be refunded by the resort.
All calls to the booking/enquiry number are automatically recorded for reviewing our oral commitments given to guests.

All disputes are subject to KANNUR jurisdiction only.

Cancellation and Refund:

Room Bookings:

If cancelled before 30 days: ………………………...…90% refund.
If cancelled between 15-29 days:............................... 50% refund.
If cancelled in less than 14 days:................................ No refund.
No Show / Late Check-in / Early Check-out:............... No refund.
No refund on bookings made for 15 December to 14 January (peak dates).
Without valid photo ID proof, the guest will not be allowed to check in, the booking will be considered a NO SHOW, and no refund will be provided.
